At Evidence Based Birth Inc., we want you to be fully satisfied with your educational resources and products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible physical items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in original, unused condition; please note that digital downloads and online course access are non-refundable once accessed.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return shipping address.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation inside the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package using a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
